Rule 1 - Objet

The present general conditions concern the sale of products from the www.concepthorizon.com web site JD production company the head office of which is situated in 63 Avenue of Louisiane 06210 MANDELIEU, registered on the Commercial register of Cannes under the number: 402 988 802 00029.

 

 

Rule 2 - Conditions of order, price lists and context of delivery

All orders are made by means of the web site. The validation of the order implicates the unconditional acceptance of the terms of the afore mentioned order prices, quantities, items ordered and the understanding of the general conditions of sale, it establishes(constitutes) an electronic signature having the same value as a handwritten signature.

The orders are treated according to available stocks. The unavailable goods in our warehouses will require after delivery deadlines which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the treatment of his order.These after delivery will not be subject of cancellation of the order by the customer.

Invoice is made in Euro. There is, at the moment, no fixed order minimum.

The prices of products are posted including tax on the product sheets of the web site of Concept Horizon. The applicable V.A.T at the time of the order is included and any modification of the rate of this one will automatically be echoed on the prices of the products of the online shop.

The expenses of delivery are charged in supplement, they appear on the product sheet for metropolitan France and are automatically added to the amount of the unitarian order by product before the validation of this one. For any group order, a fixed delivery package will be applied and communicated as soon as possible.

The totality of the price (inclusive transport costs) is adjusted during the order to the web site.

No delivery cost will be add from order 2000 Euro TTC.

The order is treated after complete collection of the amount of this one.

The buyer takes at his charge any expenses relative to the agreed sale (taxes or other expenses whatever nature it is) according to the standards, the current laws and regulations in France, in the countries of transit and the final importer country, place of its address.

 

Prices of the posted products are valid exclusively for the on-line purchase.

The confirmation of the command(order) is made by e-mail.

 

 

Rule 3 - Payment of the orders

Several methods of payment are proposed:

- by PAYPAL according to a secure procedure.

- by check denominated(drawn up) in the order of JD production SARL(JD production limited company) (sending by post accompanied with the on-line pre-filled order form and sent to JD production 63 Avenue of Louisiane 06210 MANDELIEU).

- by bank transfer (N Count Populaire bank: 15607/00039/60121118488/42).

The order will definitively be validated when the amount of this one will be credited in the accounts of JD production. 

 

 

Rule 4 - Expeditions

All our expeditions are made by Post or using our delivery local company, according to the weight and to the dimensions of the goods to be deliver.

According to the availability of the goods in our stocks, the average delay of transport, as will be from 2 to 4 working days for metropolitan France and from 10 to 15 working days for the other destinations.

The delivery delay can vary in case of difficulties of routing, blocking in customs, of shortage of stock or vacation periods, these last ones will then be indicated to the customer by email or by telephone.

The responsibility of Concept Horizon will not be engaged for partial or total non-execution of command or for a delay of transport for the following motives: 

A) The buyer did not respect the indicated terms of payment.

B) The buyer did not supply the information relative to the goods treatment of the order in time granted.

C) In case of strike, of fire, of accident, of natural disaster, of events returning impossible the supply, of delay of the suppliers, the delay of the carrier or quite other event independent from the will of Concept Horizon.

 

 

Rule 5 - Transfer of Risks 

The goods become the property of the buyer as soon as they leave the warehouse of Concept Horizon. They thus travel at the risks and the dangers of the addressee whatever is the means of transportation.

The buyer owes emit possible reserves with the carrier by annotating the list of transport during the delivery a double of which he will keep, according to the article 100 of the french Commercial law. To be acceptable, any complaint will be sent by Registered letter under 48 hours to the transport company.

 

 

Rule 6 - Return

According to the legislation in application (article L121-16 of the code of the consumption) the buyer can ask for the partial or total refund of his purchases within 7 days following the reception of the goods. The refund will be made within 1 month.

The customer takes at his charge the expenses of return, except in the case of not corresponding goods with order initial or defective arrivals, these having been the object of express reserves with the carrier within 48 hours. The return is made at the risks and the dangers of the buyer. Products must necessarly have returned to their original packing in perfect state of resale.

Everything produces damaged or incomplete and whose original packing will have been damaged will be neither paid off nor exchanged.

Any complaint, whatever it is, must be detailed in writing within 48 hours after reception of the goods at the address JD PRODUCTION 63, avenue de Louisiane, 06210 MANDELIEU.

 

 

Rule 7 - Reserves on products

The sold products remain the property of Concept Horizon until the total collection of the charged price. From the leaving of the warehouse, the risks are transferred to responsibility of the buyer.

Because of the origin of its products, the dimensions may vary of some centimeters with regard to those indicated on the product sheet of the shop and Concept Horizon would not know how to be held for it for responsible.

 

 

Rule 8 - Rules of using of Internet

The customer accepts the limits and the characteristics of Internet, namely:

- The customer is only responsible for the using that he makes with information. Consequently the customer cannot engage the responsibility of Concept Horizon of direct or indirect damage ensuing from the use of these.

- The customer has knowledge of the characteristics of Internet, in technical performances, of dealy of answer to consult, question or information transfer.

- The customer is only responsible for any communication by himself information that he considers confidential.

- The customer has to take any necessary precautions to protect his own data and software of the possible contamination of virus circulating on the site.

 

 

Rule 9 - Disputes

The present general conditions of sale in english language are subjected to the French law.

The parties suit that possible different, relative to the present contract, can be subjected to the authority of the Commercial court of Fat.

 

 

Rule 10 - Confidentiality

Concept Horizon engages himself to preserve confidentiality of name of contacts information. They will be used only in the treatment of the orders. 

 

Any reproduction of photos or texts (except exceptions planned in the article L. 122-5 of the Code of the Intellectual property) is forbidden.
